[council] Representative for Deletes Task force

Hello All,

Would each constituency please identify a representative to participate in
the
Deletes Task Force.  

I would like to post an initial membership of the task force and draft terms
of reference by 15 October 2002 (14 days prior to the next meeting of the
names council on 29 October 2002).
If your constituency requires a longer period of time to appoint a
representative, please provide the name of an individual that can serve in
the interim.
