To the Names Council:
The ICANN Evolution and Reform Committee has issued its Second Interim
Implementation Report. It is posted at
<http://www.icann.org/committees/evol-reform/second-implementation-report-02sep02.htm>.
The ERC is planning to post its third Implementation Report on or about
1 October 2002, so that it may be discussed throughout the ICANN
community before action on the implementation plan at the Board's
meeting in Shanghai on 31 October 2002.
