Dear Council Members,

The results of the vote are as follows:
Alejandro Pisanty:      15           votes
Y.J. Park                     2           votes
Abstentions                  2
One person did not vote by the time the vote closed.

These results have to be confirmed at the Names Council teleconference on
Thursday September 26, 2002 at the usual time, 13:00 UTC.
The results will not be made public until after the teleconference when they
will be sent to the ICANN Secretary who will inform the Board.
