For those who did not yet read the long text of ERC Final Report

In "3. The New Bylaws", third section, there is an announce
of annual ICANN meeting in early December 2002.

    As noted above, the ERC's recommendation is that at the 
    Shanghai meeting in late October the community and Board 
    focus on the structure and processes of the steady-state 
    future of ICANN, and defer until an annual meeting in 
    early December the many details of how to transition from 
    the current ICANN to the reformed ICANN.
