Can I ask who might be able to come to Amsterdam?
I am planning to attend in person; it would be great to know who else will.
If we all reply to Glen, we can gather the information, without spamming
each other. :-)

Subject: [council] Proposed December Names Council meeting

Hello All,

First a reminder that the next scheduled Names Council teleconference is on
14 November 2002.

Given that the Board will be holding its Annual General Meeting in Amsterdam
on 14/15 December 2002 (http://www.icann.org/amsterdam/), I propose that the
next Names Council teleconference be held to coincide with this meeting.

Date: Saturday 14 December
Time: 9am to 11am Amsterdam time

Those members of the Names Council that choose to physically attend the
ICANN Annual Meeting, may join together and dial-in to the usual conference
bridge. I suggest the use of a hotel room for this purpose. If any names
council members are planning to stay in a large room in Amsterdam that could
accommodate around 7-8 people, please let the DNSO Secretariat know.

Those members that do not intend (which will probably include me) will
dial-in to the bridge as usual.

Comments please?

Regards,
Bruce Tonkin
