[council] GNSO-vote

The Chair of the Council posted a message on 17 Feb approving a
request for a 24 hour extension of the deadline for the submission of
ballots. Was the subsequent posting of a reminder ballot with the
initial deadline an oversight or has the Chair's decision been
rescinded in some further action about which I have received no
notification?

Agreed.

It will save time on the call if we can get all the votes in before 20
Feb.

Bruce

Voters are reminded that under the Council procedures an Abstain
is a vote against and a reason should be provided to the Council
for the need to abstain (such as a strong conflict of interest,
rather than just don't care about the result) as opposed to
     voting yes or no.
