Hello All,

I would appreciate it if all those who were on the teleconference checked the minutes of the meeting held on 20 Feb 2003.  The minutes of the discussions on the WHOIS and Transfers report are significant, as they will be presented to the Board with the reports.

The first item of the agenda in Rio will be to approve the minutes or make any adjustments.
