Re: [council] Quarterly Report to U.S. Department of Commerce

Stuart,

let me join you in the acknowledgment of the contribution that the DNSO
has made both to ICANN reform and to making notable progress in the
substantive areas of ICANN's work. The transition to the GNSO will surely
have a foundation for success in the achievements of the past year, and I
sincerely hope that the work we have done for reform will give the new
organization an even better chance for success.

A warm salute to all friends in the Council.

Yours,

Alejandro Pisanty
