To the GNSO Council:
Based on various comments pointing out clarifications, technical
corrections, and minor modifications to the New Bylaws that would be
desirable, the Evolution and Reform Committee has posted a proposed
set of minor amendments to the bylaws at
<http://www.icann.org/committees/evol-reform/proposed-bylaws-corrections-08feb03.htm>.
These proposed amendments will be placed on the agenda of the Board's 25
February 2003 meeting (to avoid delays in various aspects of
implementation of reform, including the GNSO's selection of two Board
members). Public Comment has been invited until 22 February 2003.
