Dear Readers, it seems that William is correct here. Is the DNSO
NC having a "Substantive" or substance and procedural problem here?
One wonders!
However I am quite sure that the NC will in short order correct this
problem... Or is that a group of self appointed folks calling themselves
the NC/PNC? Hummmm?
Thank you in advance for the NC cooperation on considering this
problem and William's very good questions in advance, and look forward
to seeing this situation resolved in an expedient manner very soon...
