The short answer here is likely to be NO as far as Javier is concerned
given his chastising of Jay and others over the past two days publicly.
One wonders if this attitude is prevalent amongst the other members
of the questionably legitimate NC/PNC? If so, than it is reasonable
to conclude or at least wonder if this body (NC/PNC) is really the
proper set of leadership for the DNSO to have.
