In any kind of organization that plays a purported public
decision making or consensus building role, those in leadership
positions are obliged to be neutral and tempered toward
all parties.  This is a fairly fundamental predicate of 
due process.

As you clearly are not interested in maintaining these
requisites, you should either voluntarily step down, or
the ICANN Board should exercise its fiduciary responsibility
to remove you from any leadership position.
