Michael, Kent and all,

  Ahhh yes, Kent is refering to the now thankfully defunct, gTLD-MoU,
otherwise know far and wide as the Bowel MoUvment.  Which BTW,
was never a RFC, and still is not to my knowledge.

  Kent, you should always remember to wipe before posting.

It's not an RFC, though having an associated RFC was discussed.  You
