a leading member of the IETF, is on the IAB, and has served
on several key committees addressing pertinent issues of the
DNS - including the WIPO Panel of Experts.  Harald has
consistently demonstrated sound judgment and a fair minded
approach to deliberations and decisions in the names and
addresses debates over the years.
