[ga-full] Re: [ga] GA Rules don't go far enough

Joe and all,

I am sure that the folks at Bull will not be happy with harald in the next
few days, and this is just another example as to why.

Indeed this idea is a bit myopic view, but I guess that some will find it
viable but narrows the field of potential down to a much smaller group,
which seems to be the eventual goal. Remember Joe, ICANN only wants
5000 members. However I find this "Method" discriminatory and not very
secure. Bogus Credit cards are easy to get just about anywhere. I know
of at least 8 or 10 places just off the top of my head where I could get
working ones with any name on them I would choose for a fee of
about $500 us each sometimes less. Asia also is a haven for this sort
of thing as well. In fact as a NRA member I got a free visa card in the
mail just a week ago for renewing my membership to a life time membership
with unlimited credit limit and 3.9% fixed simple rate interest. That is
pretty good. But if this is what is wanted, why by all means let it roll!

But in reality, identification for most of the world is not all that difficult

to obtain if you are smart and diligent about it, and you can get it from
and independent authoritative source in almost all cases or instances.
Of course I along with James Touton and Bob Davis have already
in brief, outlined some of these methods. See archives for more
specific information.
