Joe and all,

  I agree with you here completely Joe.  But banishment is not the answer
nor is it reasonable.  Other forms of punishment would work just as well.
Such as exposing this incident publicly as much as possible.  Caining
in Tiwan is used as well.  That might be appropriate as well as a form
of punishment for William.
