Chris and all,

  I am in partial agreement with you here.  The problem is Chris, these
rules were imposed illegitimately and are now trying to be informed
feloniously by someone that was elected fraudulently.  I find it difficult

for anyone to abide in even paying any attention to these rules until
there is a lititimate election of "Chair" and "Co Chair", are proper
vetting of any set of rules by the Assembly members here, and a
review by an independent party so as to insure that they meet
US legal muster.

  Aside form all this, if these felonious rules are to be informed
than they must be done, as you indicate on an equitable
manner as well as addressing the  already 5 other ga-abuse
filings pending.  Harald being named in two of those.
He has also been challenged as to his identity as well.

  So I see this whole mess created by Harald and Roberto
as a conundrum that is interwoven to such an extent that
these rules are basically not implimentable under Haralds
or Roberto's stuartship.
