Evidently. But of whom are you asking it? Of ICANN? That is a tacit
admission that ICANN has control and authority of the TLD root. Are
you now accepting that, even after what Ralph Nader said about ICANN
and the continued protestations of your staff that CPT is fighting
the takeover of the Internet by ICANN, this cartel of big business
that hasn't a single consumer or end-user in its organization?
