why not? add another to the entrance of the IDNO meeting too, and
one at the N+I conference, and.....
One would probably want to have mechanisms to "close the email loop" on 
each; no sense in signing up members who are unable to reply to their email.

We'll have to sort that out with our support staff; the contract is not
with Elisabeth.

I see no reason not to do that - but it depends on how the support staff
feels that it can handle the task.

The issues aren't big until someone tries to exploit them; if we have known 
loopholes and people who have demonstrated a will to exploit them, we 
should take a little care to have rules that we can enforce if we need them.

I'd like to have some rules written down, and then never have to enforce them.
