Simon and all assembly members,

  I agree some people are opposed to consensus.  Consensus must be
measurable to adequately determine if it exists.  This requires a VOTE.
Something I feel some parties are adamantly opposed to as well.  Even
several ICANN Board members have publicly stated such....
