Note the "specifically disavowed".

When, where and how did NSF "specifically disavow" Strawn's participation?

Please provide documentation for the claim.

Absent such documentation, the presumption is that NSF did NOT make the 
statement that YOU claimed.

(Other presumptions ensure, but they are left to the imagination of the 
reader.)
