  Is ICANN getting more exposed?  Can there be trouble in the ICANN
Paradise?  Has a cold wind finally blown up Esther Dysons dress?
Has DOC and Becky Burr been pinched firmly upon her behind?  Or
is a swift kick? Is there a shift about to occur in the control of the
DNS?
Has ICANN shot it's wad?
