There is nothing to fear of ICANN bringing charges against Joe
Baptista or anyone else. The last thing in the world that ICANN
wants is to be in court. It has too much to hide. Indeed, it would
be a blessing in disguise if ICANN were to bring charges against
someone or some entity, because then ICANN's own dubious status, and
its long history of illicit and illegal conduct, could be brought to
light and entered into the record. Any lawsuit involving ICANN will
inevitably find ICANN itself sitting in the defendants chair, as
ICANN well knows.
