Mark and all,

  The evidence is a matter of court record in two countries.  The USA,
in Florida, and Canada.  It is a matter for the DNSO to refute this
in open court, if he so chooses.  I stand ready to be so challenged.
It is NOT my responsibility to produce such court records which
have been sequestered and require a special court order by which
to obtain them on a situation to situation basis.  THis has been
vetted before on the DNSO GA list as well as the Domain Policy
list quite extensively.
