Harald,

My point here is that

(i) you did not follow the appropriate rules of the list for suspending him
(ii) you alleged a criminal offence against him which is unproven
(iii) you now invent other reasons for suspending him when your original reasons
are found to be false.

You suspended him because you don't like him, as he is not of your tribe.
