[ga-full] [Admin] Suspension of posting rights for Joe Baptista

The list monitor has received a complaint from Kent Crispin about the 
message stored in the archives as 
http://www.dnso.org/clubpublic/ga/Arc04/msg00491.html

This message was not posted using the email address by which Joe Baptista
is known to the GA list.
Furthermore, its content is clearly intended to be a personal attack, 
offensive and insulting.
It is therefore not in accordance with the list rules.

The list monitor therefore rules that Joe Baptista has lost his posting
privilleges to the GA list for 8 weeks, this being the third time he has
lost his posting privilleges on this list.
The 8 weeks last until Sunday, August 6, 2000.

Decisions by the list monitor may be appealed to the GA chair.
