Simon and all remaining assembly members,
WXW doesn't seem to be very "Userfriendly" does he Simon!
Well of course most of us already know this about poor William...
Shame really.
None the less it does seem reasonable to assume as you
pointed out Simon that ICANN does have a moral an possibly
a legal obligation to carry or follow through the original plans
for additional gTLD's in RFC1591 as you indicate, despite
WXW's lambasting (Flaming) to the contrary. But it may be
necessary for you to file a court filing of some nature (Friend
or the court filing perhaps?) in Federal district court in your area
to get ICANN off the dime here...
