Naomasa Maruyama and all,

  I did participate on IRC and realtime video.  Some problems, but
all in all not bad.

  As for the substance it seems like the ICANN Board members,
specifically Mike Roberts was back to his old procedural trick
again.  Nothing new there...  We have all seen it before.

  Some folks would like to participate more and have wanted to
for some time especially in the DNSO and Working Groups, but
again the DNSO NC has put up barriers of various sorts to limit
participation as is evident in the DNSO GA archives (This list).
Selective Censorship still prevails as a practice with the DNSO
and ICANN At-Large.  Again, not unexpected, but still very sad
and illegitimate as far as an open process is concerned.
