[ga] The ROOT servers are misconfigured - please fix ASAP

OK - so who's the fuck up who changed the SOA values on the root servers
and fucked it up.

This is not the way to write an SOA - the email address is not writen as
zone\@nsiregistry.NET. but should be writen as zone.nsiregistry.NET.

PLEASE FIX THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE - like TODAY is to late.
