[ga] Company claiming to be an ICANN new TLD registrar
I call your attention to http://www.casdns.net/regnew.htm, which claims, in
part:
Pre-Registering a Domain Name
(for Domain Names ending in .Firm, .Shop, .Web, .Arts, .Rec, .Info or .Nom)
CASDNS has been approved to be one of the Top-Level Domain Name Registrars.
As such, we are currently accepting pre-registration of Domain Names using
any of the new domain extensions that are anticipated to be offered in the
future.
CASDNS charges a nonrefundable deposit of $15.00 per Domain Name
pre-registered. An additional charge of $55.00 will be due only after your
Domain Name has been successfully registered.

Does ICANN care?
