People who participate in domain-policy@internic.net list serv (recently moved
to netsol.com) in addition to participants from ga@dnso.org are still
reporting
they have successfully signed up for a PIN at the At Large website; but have
not received mail confirmation.  My partner and I have recently received our
PIN#s in the mail via USPS the first week of August.  I activated mine and my
partner will activate his later this week, I imagine.  

It would be acceptable for you to move the deadlines for each portion back to
accomodate for the interest people are showing for ICANN and for the time
delays for mailings, etc.  

In the event you are approaching an uacceptable level of financial strain due
to the unforceen amount of hopeful participants; please make your financial
information public.  I am confident more people would be interested in making
donations; (although I doubt any ISP or TLDSP will pay invoices sent for fees
that have neither been requested nor explained...) .

I recommend that the dates be redefined for all Phases of all projects ICANN
has made public knowledge of.
