  Indeed it seems that Mr. Tiller is a more of a TM law flunky
(Politician) than he would or could be a director of ICANN.
Of course that would make him an excellent choice of the
ICANN/WIPO bunch.  As a fellow Texan, I am a bit
embarrassed in Mr. Tiller....
