Thank you for reminding this Atty.
Most of the people are convinced that new gTLD will be merely
used by most of the users as you say, as duplicates of ".com",
so in a way which will be "identical or confusingly similar."
I therefore feel there are very good grounds for an UDRP against
ICANN by registrars/registries which would not be included in the
new gTLD business.
I would be interested in lawyers/politics comments?
Either there is an UDRP, or this use as an argument by the
cybersquatters, as such gTLDs would be another "right"
violation by the ICANN on a very high scale.
