Dave, Dennis and all,

  The insinuation her from Dave "D'Crock" is obvious.  Indeed
it has become expected from "D'Crock".  Yet as we all know
his comments do not quite ring true.  The IDNO DOES represent
Individual Domain Holders.

  Dennis, please feel free to expand on this further, so as to insure
Daves re-education in the proper direction....
