  The DNSO GA assembly members *Should*  have a role in the NC's
election to be sure.  I had thought that it did?

  Not only was the *Experiment* a failure, but was damaging to many
stakeholders in it's results thus far.  That someday will come home
to roost.

  The improvements have already been hashed over several times Roberto
the DNSO and ICANN is well received as being *Captured* that is not
a reasonable thing...

  The method lead to the person(s) elected as the method was well know
to be skewed from the start...

  Agreed at least in part.  I would say that the NC doesn't even
realistically
represent even 3 or 4 constituencies, not to mention that the Constituency
Model is seriously flawed.
