Jafsey and all,

  Your right of course.  The problem is though that this organization
is associated with a ICANN Approved registrar.  And ICANN is
supposed to have oversight to prevent this sort of thing from occurring.
What have they done about it?  To date so far, NOTHING!!  So,
as Simon indicated in a follow up post on this thread to the Domain
Policy list, it seems that ICANN is either turning a blind eye, or
in involved directly or indirectly in some way....

  BTW in accordance with the MoU, the DOC/NTIA also has
oversight authority to prevent this sort of SCAM.  Have they
acted to date?  Not that I can see...
