The present structure is designed to give certain groups more power than
everyone else. The groups that have less power are not too thrilled
with the outcome, which should not come as a big surprise. Like many
others, I think the DNSO power structure is too stacked for big
corporate interests. Some like it that way, and see this as a feature,
not a flaw.
