Gentlemen,
I observe that every current participant accepts that the DNSO GA
goes beyond his charter. But if you want to go that way, you have to
proceed to victory, not to confusion Some coordination is required?

1. I am sure that many people on this list have not understood yet
the situation and are not ready to commit into an historical vote
(which will be construed as a Secession from he ICANN or at
     least a revolution)

2. Roberto has simultaneously introduced the question of the election
of the GA Chair by the GA. Another obvious shocking denial from
the ICANN and NC. But the issue is still very young.

3. As far as I understand the NC is still illegal with two WolrdCom
persons in it. Also the NC refuses to set up the WG.

4. I am sure no one with a normal brain imagine that the Squattering
Fours will leave their seat empty: they are meant to stay.

We therefore are in a situation of real conflict where there are enough
illegal and bad faith acts to build up a case.

- if there is a way to ask a Judge to freeze the ICANN so the next BoD
cannot take decisions, it should be initiatied
- if not the whole issue should be handled in a way it eaducates all the
GA Members and show legallists on which side is the respect of the
law. For example I am ready to file a complaint against the Squattering
Fours as a candidate to their site.

I think that the GA Chair issue should be quickly construed and escalated
to the BoD. The point is to add everything people have against the current
BoD, legal, technical, political and emotionnal to be the most convincing.

The target is to have the real stakeholders getting their due, ie the departure
of ALL the interim Members, a clarification of the new USG interests, a fair
review of the gTLD without any new right granted to NSI and the four missing
@large Directors to be democraticaly elected.

IMHO we should not have any motion yet (unless we support NSI) except
to ask the Chair to coordinate a motion taking into account every DNSO
request, starting with Squattering Fours removal and DNSO GA Chair to
be elected by the GA and the NC being a dedicated body of the GA.
