Jefsey and all remaining assembly members,

  Correct Jefsey.  And again, these points have been enumerated time
and time again on this and various other ML's, however they may
have been stated differently.  Unfortunately, Kent, along with the Chair,
Co-Chair and most of the ICANN "Interim" Board members still seated
have either ignored these facts, or do not recognize them as such.  In any
event, their reactions or lack there of in most cases, has lead to increasing
disenfranchisement of the Stakeholders and increasing rancor on various
ML's.

  Therefore, it seems pretty clear that ICANN and all of the SO's are
more akin to a collective dictatorship than embracing the well respected
and common principals of corporate democracy or democratic principals.
