seated as soon as reasonably practical, IMHO the key issue for the GA is to
identify and clarify our key objectives - and, dare I say, develop a strategy to
achieve those objectives! Newly appointed Directors will need
guidance on issues of substance, but so far it is not clear whether the GA
can provide credible guidance, or develop broad consensus based
positions.
So ....if we are going to play a constructive role,
we could do a lot worse than focus on some basic organisational
issues.
