[ga] answer to ambler's question

here are the minutes of the meeting you referred to. as you can tell by the
vote.. of the 19 members of the names council  ONLY 5 voted in favor of the
motion you and mr ambler  referred to...

if you or mr ambler want answers to those questions you might ask the other
13parties who either abstained or voted against it.

those 13other  people included representatives from the  cctld's, ip,
registry, registrar, business & ispcp  & the NCDNH.

i chaired the meeting, i only cast my one vote, i was not in the
deliberations surrounding EACH of the other  14 members individual  decision
either to vote no, abstain or not to participate at all in the vote (which
you are aware of is the equivalent to a NO vote) . each one of those
decisions was made by that specific member .

dont ask me to speak for them ......
