Marilyn and all,

  We are in agreement with you.  As such, the first priority should be
to establish the will of the GA in it's process for determining that the

newly elected @large directors be seated at the MDR conference
and when, as well as who and when the new chair, co-chair and
potential resignation or impeachment of NC members.  It should also
be determined by the GA whom by vote, should be NC members.

  In this way we can have a more directed and reflective GA that has
creditability with it's GA members, the constituencies, the @large
members of ICANN and the internet community as a whole.
