Mr. Teernstra and everyone,

  From my observations this suggestion is not a new one.
I personally agree that it is a good one in the ever changing ebb
and flow of information often exchanged on these forums.
I believe it assists in keeping the interested GA involved
in a more attention enhanced environment that would
greatly benefit the GA and policy determination more
representative of the GA's positions.
