Roeland and all remaining GA members,

  In essence we, and I are in agreement with you here.  ICANN has and
seems to wish to for the most part, wish to remain a captured and
disenfranchising organization.  As to why, I haven't a clue other than
there seems to be some specific economics involved that some parties
would like to see in the hands of only a few.
