[ga] Call for focus.....

folks,
perhaps pointing out the obvious:

- We have until Feb 11 to offer comment on the DNSO Review report.
- We have no particular deadline for electing a new GA chair.

I would suggest that we focus on the DNSO Review report now, and prepare
a call for GA chair nominations around Feb 11.

I am really not anxious to keep my alt-chair position any longer than I 
have to, but would want people to focus on the DNSO Review report this week.
