It's not drivel and it's not garbage.

Karl A could quite possibly confirm that Joop sent that email, as Karl was
one of the recipients.

Considering Joop will be in Melbourne, quite likely claiming to represent
the IDNO, when speaking to the DNSO and the GA, this information IS
relevant.

Joop appears to be upset by verbal terrorism. I merely provided information
on the very first act of verbal terrorism within the IDNO - Joop's act.
