An excellent text.
My only concern is (f).
I would argue that the ombudsman cannot be at the same time a member of the 
NC and ... the ombudsman, reporting to ICANN on the functioning of the DNSO.
Also, from a practical point of view, to have three voting members in the NC 
from the GA will not be accepted by the NC, in particular if we want to 
pursue the issue of the constituency for individuals.

What do others think?
