RE: [ga] NC telecon, 24 January 2001, minutes

Hello Andrew

Whilst I agree some form of pro-rata system may work with regards to the payment of any dues levied against the Constituencies, there will then be some concern that larger Constituencies with higher members will be paying more and should have more of a say. Whilst I agree with this personally, others find the notion disagreeable.

Personally, I would like to see any fees based on the membership numbers and the number of representatives allowed on the NC also in line with both the fee and membership numbers within the Constituencies. There should be a cap on the level of fees and representation allowed from any one Constituency.

So all in all, I think we are in some agreement.

Darryl (Dassa) Lynch.
