for the kind of dynamic, in-room discussion that went on at the GA meeting
in Marina Del Rey, I think the "crippling" effect would probably be seen.
(My interpretation, of course....)
For the kind of line-up-and-ask-your-question that we saw during the open
Board question session, I don't think the difference would be all that big.
