About asking, did you say "global" internet body?
How does a US Corporation, subject to the authority of US Congress, located
in the US, with US citizens as CEO (both the initial and the current), with
US citizens as Chairpersons (again, both the initial and the current), that
makes a statement about the recruitment of non-US staff in terms of
"difficulty get a visa for non-US residents" (answer to a question of mine
in Marina del Rey), and I may go on with more?
So, there is are obvious limits to "power" and "participation", that are not
just related to physical/remote.
This said, maybe a way to go could be to experiment once a completely online
meeting. In other words, of the 4 meetings per year, why can't we organize
one fully online?
